Service providers

Some information collected is in fact collected and stored by our Service Providers (the “Service Providers”) who provide services on our behalf, including, without limitation, newsletter list management, online takeout/delivery ordering, online surveys, restaurant reservations, and rewards and loyalty program management. Our Service Providers include, among others, Ueat, Doordash, UberEat, Libro, Mail Chimp, See my apps, Payfacto, and others. We do not authorize them to use or disclose the information provided for their own marketing or other purposes. However, it is important to note that when you create an account for meal delivery or takeout orders, place an online meal order, take part in one of our rewards and loyalty programs, respond to a survey, or submit an online job application, you may be redirected to a Service Provider website managed by them. It is your responsibility to read their privacy policies and separate terms regarding privacy protection in order to better understand how these Service Providers handle your Personal Information. Nourish Pro assumes no responsibility for how they may collect, use, share, or process your Personal Information.

Transactional information

Nourish Pro does not collect, process, or store your credit card information. However, we use Service Providers such as Global payment and Payfacto to process the transactions you request on our Website, such as gift card purchases. Again, it is your responsibility to read and understand those Service Providers’ privacy policies to better understand how your credit card information is handled and protected by them.

Purposes for which your personal information is collected

• Newsletter subscription: Your Personal Information will be used to send you email communications about the latest news from your preferred Nourish Pro Banner, new menu products, limited-time offers, and the occasional survey.
• Gift card purchase(s): Your Personal Information will be used to process your gift card order and complete the transaction(s) you requested.
• Placing an order through our Website: Your Personal Information will be used to process your order(s) and complete the transaction(s) you requested.

Access, correction, and retention of your personal information
